The following documents details the type of information Mike Carson Creative solicits and acquires from its clients and how that information is used. Usage of Mike Carson Creative’s services constitutes a client’s acceptance of all of the terms and conditions detailed in this document.

Mike Carson Creative solicits and acquires the following business and personal information from its clients:
- Client Name
- Mailing Address
- Billing Address
- Email Address(es)
- Phone Number(s)
- Web Server Information/Logins (where applicable)
- Third-Party Service Vendor Contact Information
- Third-Party Online Service Account Logins (where applicable), including but not limited to:
- Social Media
- Printers/Printing Presses
- Website Hosting
- Domain Registration
- Additional Project Contact Information (where applicable)
Billing & Financial Information
Mike Carson Creative does not collect or handle the financial information of its clients. For the sake of security and privacy Mike Carson Creative uses a secure third party financial handler (PayPal) to collect and transmit funds for electronic transactions. Mike Carson Creative is not responsible for the way confidential information is handled by the third party handler, however regular reviews of the handler’s privacy and securities practices are conducted to ensure that they meet the standards of quality Mike Carson Creative has set forth to its clients.
The information clients provide about themselves when placing an order is only used to complete that order. Mike Carson Creative does not sell its client list or share client information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the client’s service request, and only then with the client’s expressed permission.
Mike Carson Creative reserves the right to display samples from any project it works on in its online and physical presentation portfolios. Mike Carson Creative respects the privacy of its clients and in using materials for the purpose of portfolio presentation only displays information which can be found in the public domain.
Listings in Mike Carson Creative’s online portfolio contain a sample image and description of the completed work and may also include URL where the work is displayed (where applicable) and the client or client company’s name. Client or client company’s personal contact information such as names, addresses, numbers, etc are not displayed. For marketing pieces such as media kits and business cards displayed in Mike Carson Creative’s online portfolio, any information visible that the client would not like displayed can be altered on the sample at the client’s request.
Mike Carson Creative does not offer compensation or incentives to clients for the submission of testimonials or endorsements. Testimonials from clients are submitted of their own choice and expressed in the client’s own words.
Mike Carson Creative reserves the right to select, use and edit any testimonial submitted by clients on its website and in its marketing collateral. Edits made to testimonials are limited to grammatical correction, aesthetic formatting, and the removal of non-essential words and/or sentences. In no way is the wording or meaning of the client’s statement altered, nor are embellishments added in the form of additional words and/or sentences not part of the original statement. Adjustments to testimonials outside of these parameters are made with the full authorization, or at the request, of the client.
Furthermore, Mike Carson Creative also reserves the right to display, if it chooses, the image or business logo of clients who submit testimonials. The images of clients used with their corresponding testimonial are restricted to authorized promotional images available within the public domain, which includes images that are part of published designs featured in Mike Carson Creative’s portfolio. Removal, modifications or replacement of specific images used in connection with a testimonial can be requested in writing by the client. In the event of a change request, Mike Carson Creative still maintains the right to use an image of its choosing which falls within the above stated guidelines in connection to the testimonial.
